We make our ARDO products as easy to care for as possible. The Home Coat is machine washable on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low (even better if you hand wash and lay flat to air dry, or machine wash on a cool gentle cycle). Iron only on low heat. Avoid bleaching, wringing, or twisting.

To keep the product in the best condition, wash it separately from other clothing. Otherwise, try washing it with the following fabrics only: acetate, cotton, nylon, polyester, acrylic, and wool. Rest assured that it does not stain other textiles as tested by SGS Certification Services.

Our Home Coat is highly resistant to wear and tear. It has been rated as Grade A in seam bursting strength (ASTM method) by the SGS Certification Services meaning that it does not tear in the wash or deform easily otherwise.

The Home Coat has been rated Grade A in the pilling resistance (ASTM method) by the SGS Certification Services, meaning it has great resistance to friction and does not pill easily.

We designed the Home Coat to be unisex and free size for maximum comfort. The Home Coat is equally comfortable (and fashionable!) with the sleeves rolled up to your desired length and belt adjusted for the desired fit.

Our products are designed to last. To enjoy them for years to come, we recommend that you machine wash it cold separately, use gentle detergent, tumble dry on low, and remove promptly. Do not iron or bleach.

Micro glass beads are a universal filler that works for most people, so it will very likely fit your needs. It offers ample density while being super easy to maintain, among other benefits.

Yes! We use bamboo sourced from sustainable farmers grown with no chemicals and substances harmful to the environment. Our bamboo rayon is Certified Organic Bambusa bamboo which is 98.9% biodegradable, far exceeding the 70% industry standard as benchmarked by the Centre Testing International Co., Ltd (CTI).

Bamboo is also a much more eco-friendly raw material compared to cotton, using at least ⅓ less water to grow. Bamboo has a much shorter growth cycle, meaning more is produced in less time while requiring no added chemicals, in turn causing less strain on the environment.

Sustainability and care is one of ARDO's top priority for it is our mission make the world a better place for each one of you. All products are shipped in a TÜV AUSTRIA CERTIFIED fully biodegradable garment bag and 100% recyclable paper box and wrapped with 100% recyclable paper tape.

Our carton boxes are recyclable so do sort them into a recycling bin. The bag that holds the product is biodegradable. Dispose of it as household waste it will do its thing over time.

Returns are available within 7 days from the date you receive the product for US and Australia orders. International sales are final.

- All products must be returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition with all accessories, otherwise the return may not be accepted or additional fees may be charged.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping.

- All returns are subject to validation and approval at ARDO’s discretion. Please contact at support@ardoliving.co for confirmation and instructions before returning. 

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, the wrong product is shipped, or you simply change your mind, please contact ARDO’s Customer Support at support@ardoliving.co quoting your order number. We will provide instructions for the easy return of your purchase.
